In this role, you will be responsible for assisting all Living Brands & Corporates Sales in business development./ _Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ các công việc cho phòng Phân phối trong việc phát triển kinh doanh các ngành hàng Living & Corporate._
- Manage inventory reports and support in daily PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory)./ _Quản lý báo cáo tồn kho_ và_ _hỗ trợ về PSI._
- Manage sales orders, progress tracking and delivery records./ _Quản lý đơn hàng, theo dõi tiến độ, lập biên bản bàn giao cho các đơn hàng._
- Make quotations & sales cooperation proposal./ _Làm báo giá & đề xuất hợp tác kinh doanh._
- Weekly summarize the month-to-date sales progress report./ _Tổng hợp báo cáo tiến độ doanh số của Phòng Phân phối theo tháng / theo tuần. _
- Coordinate effectively with current sales admin to ensure a smooth working./ _Kết hợp hiệu quả với bạn sales admin hiện tại để đảm bảo công việc trôi chảy. _
- Other duties as requested by Wholesale Team leader/ Senior Sales Rep./ _Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng nhóm/ Chuyên viên kinh doanh cao cấp._

JOB REQUIREMENT

**1- Core Competencies**
- Commercial mindset/ _Tư duy thương mại_
- Be responsible, trustworthy and hardworking/ _Có trách nhiệm, đáng tin cậy và chăm chỉ_

**2- Skills**
- Proficient English language skill is an advantage/ _Khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh thành thạo là một lợi thế._
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/ _Thành thạo kỹ năng Excel và Powerpoint._
- Report writing skills/ _Kỹ năng làm báo cáo._

**3- Knowledge & Qualifications**
- 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Economics,or related majors./ _Sinh viên năm 3-4 hoặc cử nhân Quản trị kinh doanh, Ngoại thương, Kinh tế đối ngoại,.. hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan._
- Experience in sales & marketing is preferable./ _Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sale và Marketing là một lợi thế._
- At least 3-month Full-time Internship./ _Tối thiểu 3 tháng thực tập full-time._
- Be able to work individually and be a good team player./ _Có khả năng tự chủ động quản lý công việc cũng như làm việc nhóm._
