**JOB** OVERVIEW**

This role forms an integral part of the Amerigo Global Marketing team and will be based in Vietnam. We are looking to recruit someone with an ardent desire to work for an agile, fast-growing, startup organization. Our Marketing Coordinator in Vietnam will be the key contributor for Amerigo owned social accounts in Vietnam as well as globally. The scope includes building smart and creative social campaigns, managing the social content calendar, and creating and overseeing day-to-day content production and posting. The marketing coordinator will also provide the marketing materials for channel partners and support recruitment activities in Vietnam. This position will report to Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. - **

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Social and Digital Media**
- Manage Amerigo's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and potentially TikTok) for Vietnam & Global pages, including but not limited to developing monthly content plan, designing basic social media graphics, scheduling posts, answering inquiries and more.
- Support social media advertising campaigns, such as copy & graphics, leads import & report
- Provide analytics as needed from all social media platforms
- Research and suggest new social media initiatives on different platforms based on Amerigo's global marketing strategies and initiatives
- Monitor the Amerigo presence and customer voice among different social media platforms and provide response in a timely manner
- Support social media campaigns and content development with business partners
- Support content development and management on Amerigo's Global website and monthly newsletters

**Marketing Support and Sales Enablement**
- Support the Global Marketing team to fulfil the local market development needs by working closely with Global Enrollment and Operations Teams
- Assist with the development and execution of student facing marketing materials for Amerigo, including sales enablement tools, testimonials, videos, branded gear, and other necessary assets
- Coordinate projects with outside vendors, obtain price quotes, set timelines, manage production, and coordinate delivery
- Assist with recruitment events and other initiatives in Vietnam as needed
- Assist with translation and content customization for marketing & recruitment campaigns in Vietnam as needed
- Special projects may be assigned as needed

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

**Essential**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, e-marketing, journalism or another related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Ability to understand and respect cultural differences leading to clearer and more effective communication cross-functionally & globally
- Clear communicator with excellent speaking, writing and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Experience developing content and copy for multiple channels
- Experience writing and implementing social media and web postings
- Comfortable in a lean and face-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt with strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Must possess W.I.T. - willingness to do “whatever it takes”

**Desirable**:

- Experience in basic editing software including but not limited to Canva and CapCut is highly preferred
- International work experience in education or language service
- International study experience
