- **Mô tả công việc**:
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng các thủ tục về phí dịch vụ và theo dõi tình trạng thanh toán
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình tích hợp các dịch vụ của Dr. JOY như hệ thống chấm công, v.v. thông qua sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về chức năng của hệ thống
- Các công việc khác hỗ trợ khách hàng tại Nhật Bản
- **Yêu cầu**:
- Có chứng chỉ N1, kỹ năng nói và viết tốt, trường hợp có N2 thì cần kèm điều kiện đã từng ở Nhật học cao đẳng đại học tối thiểu 1 năm.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về bán hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng, tư vấn,cho khách hàng Nhật Bản
- Có kỹ năng viết mail đối ứng thật tốt đối với những case mail khó, hoặc tiếng Nhật phải cực giỏi và khả năng linh hoạt trong công việc cao.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, kỹ năng phân tích tốt và khả năng cung cấp các giải pháp thiết thực cho các mối quan tâm của khách hàng
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm & chuyên nghiệp cao
- Chịu được áp lực trong công việc
- **Chế độ**:
- Lương : Upto 30tr
- Thưởng Tết, hiệu suất hàng năm.
- Đóng BHXH full lương
- Review lương 1 lần/năm.
