'Người đảm nhiệm vị trí này có trách nhiệm góp phần trong việc xây dựng lộ trình huấn luyện đào tạo phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh phù hợp với xu thế, với những thay đổi của môi trường bên trong và ngoài công ty nhằm giúp trang bị cho đội ngũ kinh doanh những kiến thức, kỹ năng, công cụ và thái độ phù hợp để thực hiện các mục tiêu kinh doanh của công ty trong từng thời kỳ.

Phân tích, nhận định, đánh giá những xu thế, thay đổi của môi trường bên trong, lẫn bên ngoài có liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của kênh Hợp tác kinh doanh
- Nghiên cứu các giải pháp/ công cụ/ nội dung huấn luyện đào tạo trên thị trường để có sự cập nhật kịp thời.
- Chủ động cập nhật các giải pháp đào tạo hiệu quả tương ứng với từng thời kỳ.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan (đối tác ngân hàng, ban lãnh đạo PD, đội ngũ kinh doanh, các bộ phận Learning Catalyst & Business Partner.... ) nhằm kịp thời ghi nhận & phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo.

2. Xây dựng giải pháp huấn luyện đào tạo tổng quan bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các phương pháp/ công cụ huấn luyện, hướng dẫn thực hiện bài huấn luyện (instructional design)...
- Xây dựng giải pháp huấn luyện (e-learning)
- Tuân thủ việc xây dựng các phương pháp, hướng dẫn cụ thể, chuẩn hóa và đồng nhất theo quy trình thiết kế đối với các bộ phận LC & LBP

3. Thực hiện việc phối hợp & vận hành của bộ phận:

- Phối hợp, trao đổi, cập nhật và phản hồi thông tin định kỳ giữa các bộ phận TR&D với TBP và Learning Catalyst
- Theo dõi và giám sát các nhà cung cấp trong việc thiết kế và phát triển storyboard, nội dung kỹ thuật số
- Cập nhật định kỳ tài liệu huấn luyện liên quan theo đúng quy định lưu trữ nội dung huấn luyện của PTD
