**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Pull and prepare reports as requested by the management team.
- Assist the accounting team with daily tasks, including preparing reports and filling out forms on Excel.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Take clear and organized notes during meetings and distribute them as required.
- Help onboard new team members by organizing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth orientation process.
- Assist in organizing company events or activities when needed.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00
