**Job Summary**

**General Responsibilities**
1. Leads the organization in a manner that is patient-centered and respectful of all other customers and stakeholders
- 2. Assess and identify opportunities of each Existing Client and New Client to optimize returns of PAP, and to build stickiness to businesses
- 3. Collaborate closely with Clients (Existing/ New), to develop, implement and leading the operations and daily management of the PAP
- 4. Work with executive leadership, clinical directors and physicians to identify capacity issues that create barriers to patient flow and patient access
- 5. Interfaces with external entities such as third party payers, NGOs, regulatory agencies, MOH, other health care institutions, vendors, patients and families
- 6. Manage different challenges presented by the Clients, Hospitals, NGOs, Patients
- 7. Address reimbursement requests and coverage questions
- 8. Implementation, monitoring and tracking of KPIs, metrics and milestones
- 9. Support ongoing training of program provider staff to ensure execution of strategy
- 10. Manage Nurse Client Liaison tied to each program (if any)
- 11. Work in full compliance with laws, regulations, business rules and DKSH standards of Business Conduct and Ethics
- 12. Achievement of target on Ebit Yr1 and CT and objectives within assigned PAP

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
1. Strong understanding of Healthcare Industry, major players, categories, products
- 2. Ability to think strategically and independently manage projects from conception to completion
- 3. Ability to lead and interact with cross-functional teams
- 4. Understanding of Public and Private reimbursement plans
- 5. Experience in budget planning and financial management
- 6. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English and Vietnamese (not essential)
- 7. Ability to establish rapport and cooperation between staff in patient accounting, utilization review, medical records, hospital management, IT, payers and all other departments that impact patient access functions
- 8. Ability to plan, direct, and control the affairs of large complex admitting and registration departments
- 9. Available to travel to program supplier offices and customers (e.g. NGOs, physicians, nurses and health care professionals)
- 10. Demonstrated track record of meeting department goals without an adverse impact on employee morale or customer satisfaction
- 11. Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and effect transition from a “transaction” orientation to a high-quality customer service orientation which includes the physicians and patients as customers
- 12. Experience with Supplier Relationship and Performance Management
- 13. Demonstrated experience and ability in managing day-to-day operations of a large scale, high volume patient access functions for an academic medical center and/or large, complex, corporate hospital/health system (would be an added advantage)

**Education**
1. Possess at least a Bachelors in Science (Pharmacy or equivalent) preferred
- 2. Should have worked in reputed Pharmaceutical Company (preferably Top 30 MNC) with minimum 6-8 years of total work experience out of which at least 3-4 years of Managerial experience is required
