**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Operational Responsibilities**:
- Managing customer escalations and feedback.
- Setting and tracking country KPIs.
- Defining, standardizing, and optimizing processes.
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Conducting routine customer visits with the team.
- Supporting pre and post-sales activities (e.g., tradeshows, workshops, conferences, webinars, training).
- Taking responsibility for the country's Profit & Loss (P&L), including the Quality Excellence Centre.
- **Strategic Responsibilities**:
- Implementing SBU initiatives and strategies.
- Developing Focus Accounts.
- Collaborating with Product Sales Managers to enable business growth.
- Working with the dealer manager for target sales funnel, orders, and demo units.
- Planning for resources, processes, and priorities.
- Identifying and addressing team, setup, and strategic gaps and opportunities.
- Driving brand awareness, including executing the company Education Program.
- **Leadership Duties**:
- Role modeling effective leadership.
- Holding accountability for team performance.
- Empowering the team for efficient work.
- Challenging the team for growth.
- Leading and setting direction for the team.
- Inspiring and motivating team members.
- Developing and fostering the company culture.
- Managing team performance and facilitating change.
- Coaching and supporting team members.
- Developing people and skills within the team.
- Representing the brand effectively.
- Connecting teams to break silos within and outside Southeast Asia.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
- 10+ years’ experience in selling Solution, Equipment for manufacturers. Knowledgeable of Electronics and Automotive field is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Outstanding leadership skills and a high-energy approach
