Senior Officer, Credit Solution Management

- Facility: Business Banking**Objective**:
Contact with customers according to TCB's procedures, instructions and standards; credit appraisal (time 1) at BBC; receive new collateral; post-lending monitor of MM/USME customers to achieve targets.
**Key accountabilities (1)**:
1. KYC:
- Collaborate with RMs to collect/research about the assumptions and sources of potential customers (leads) to understand the characteristics, needs, markets, competitive banking products... of MM/USME customer segments / assigned focus sub-segments.
- Collecting, analyzing infoRMsation about customers: operating, methodology, business plans, financial statements,.. to understand the characteristics & business model, customer's key success and risk factors, customer needs by assigned MM/USME segment / sub-segment and consult financial solutions for customers
2.Products and Prices
Continuously update product knowledge, features, benefits, selling points and related policies to advise customers about: Standard Product and Service, package product, business program including deposit, credit, services, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives, and other products for MM/USME business customers.
3. Sales & Services:
3.1 Support RMs in establishing and developing relationships with new and existing business customers:
- Collaborate in collecting customer records, financial statements, and sales planning of customers
- Collaborate with RMs, propose financial solutions to customers.
3.2.Customer care:
- Implement quality commitments (TATs / SLAs) of positions in the process to increase customer experience and satisfaction at TCB.
- Collect customer feedback in book, urge and monitor the processing, and report back to RMs to promptly solve problems..
4. Credit risk management:
4.1 Credit appraisal, coordinating with RMs to reality appraise customers, complying with TCB's credit extension regulations.
4.2 Prepare credit appraisal report, agree with RMs to submit credit extension proposal, and propose to authorities for approval.
4.3 Manage post-lending according to regulations;
4.4 Identify early warning signs, coordinate with RMs to manage the debt collection process for customers, handle arising bad debts and follow the instructions/ oriented risk handling.
5. Operating:
- Absolutely comply with regulations, procedures, instructions... related.
- Understand and properly follow the operating procedures (including foRMss) of products for MM/USME corporate customers..
- Proficient in operational tools and programs (T24, CRIB, ECM, BPM, BCDE...)
- Manage documents (legal documents, loan documents, property assets...) and customer infoRMsation on the system, ensuring compliance and completeness.
- Actively identify and manage operational risks related to the portfolio managed by the customer
6. Organization & Personnel:
- Develop yourself to fulfill your role and adapt to work-related change.
- Closely cooperating with related positions, towards the common goal of the unit and the bank.
7. Effective management:
- Support RMs to effectively manage the portfolio of customers in charge according to TCB's instructions and regulations
- Strictly manage business Performance compared to the assigned target
8.Others:
- As assigned by the MM/USME Director.
