Job Purpose/Mục đích:
1. Develop the channels activities plan and coordinate with sales forces to execute the plan to reach the business objective within the approved budget.

Phát triển kế hoạch hoạt động cho tất cả các kênh và phối hợp với đội ngũ bán hàng tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch đề ra đạt mục tiêu trong phạm vi ngân sách được duyệt.

2. Align with marketing the ATL activities plans to ensure the business objectives achieved within the approved budget.

Thống nhất kế hoạch các hoạt động ATL nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu kinh doanh đạt được trong ngân sách được duyệt.

Key Duties/Nhiệm vụ:
1. Be responsible for the coverage activities plan, display activities plan, outstanding visibility activities plan at targted outlets and channels for dried Food Category.

Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai kế hoạch phân phối & trưng bày để đạt các mục tiêu: bao phủ ( rộng & sâu), hiện diện (số lượng cửa hàng & chất lượng hiện diện
- spaceshare) cho nghành hàng hiện tại & dự án mới của ngành hàng thực phẩm khô đóng gói.

2. Follow-up and ensure the excellent execution of the coverage activities plan, display activities plan, outstanding visibilities activities plan as well as the adjustment to reach the objectives.

Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện và đảm bảo việc thực thi các kế hoạch bao phủ, trưng bày sản phẩm cũng như có các điều chỉnh về hoạt động để đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.

3. Developlop the channel trade promotions for diferent types of retailer types, channel as business strategy and approved budget.

Xây dựng chương trình khuyến mãi của ngành hàng, kênh phân phối, đối tượng khách hàng theo chiến lược của marketing & sale theo ngân sách được phân bổ.

4. Manage the channel conflicts to maximize the effectiveness of channel activities trade promotions.

Quản lý các xung đột kênh bán hàng thông qua chính sách hỗ trợ & phân bổ khuyến mãi cho người bán hàng/ người mua sắm nhằm tối đa doanh thu với chi phí thấp nhất.

5. Evaluate the channel activities to have better view on the channel trade activities.

Đánh giá các chương trình hỗ trợ của nghành hàng Kem để từ đó ngày càng nâng cao hiệu quả đầu tư.

6. Do the Sales forecast and channel activities to reach the business objectives.

Xây dựng dự báo bán hàng dựa vào nhu cầu thị trường, kế hoạch hỗ trợ bán hàng của Marketing & sale, mục tiêu doanh thu của công ty.

7. Adjust the stock among the region, channels and analyze the channel/ distributor stock vs company’s inventory to have a better trade activities.

Điều tiết hàng hóa theo vùng/theo kênh, kết hợp theo dõi định kỳ tồn kho Nhà phân phối, thị trường và giải quyết tồn kho tại công ty nhằm đảm bảo chính sách tồn kho quy định của từng ngành hàng và hợp đồng phân phối.

8. Prepare the Trade Affair, Distributor Conference, Trade & Channel Events.

Chuẩn bị các hội nghị, luận điểm bán hàng, công cụ hỗ trợ bán hàng trong các dự án tung hàng mới.

9. Other tasks are requested by the Commercial Director

Các nhiệm vụ khác được yêu cầu bởi Giám đốc thương mại.

Qualifications and Education Requirement/Yêu cầu:
1.At least 05years experiences at the same position in Consumer Goods

Ít nhất 05 năm làm vị trí tương đương nhành hàng tiêu dùng.

2.Good at communication, outstanding customer service mindset

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tư tưởng phục vụ tiêu chuẩn cao

3.Graduate from University,especially in business administration or marketing

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế, quản trị kinh doanh, marketing

4.Command with Office: Word, Excel, Power Point

Giỏi về các công cụ văn phòng, Word, Excel, PPT

Professional Skill/Kỹ năngchuyên môn:
Categorymanagement,Analysis Skill, Problem Solving Skill,Customer Service Foundation, GT & MT Sales Experiences, GT Retail Mapping, DMS Deployment Experience.

Quản trị ngành hàng, kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề, có nền tảng về phục vụ khách hàng, có kinh nghiệm bán hàng kênh siêu thị và kênh truyền thống, có kỹ năng hoạch định, phân loại điểm bán, đã có kinh nghiệm triển khai DMS.

Soft Skills/Kỹ năng mềm:
Influencing Skill, Good Leadership, Good Listening Skill,Good Negotiation Skill, Good Training/ Coaching Skills, Good Motivation Skills
