OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant Intern to provide essential support to the Board Of Directors by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in executive support and administration while developing time management, communication, and multitasking skills in a professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Scheduling Support: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
- Document Handling: Support the preparation, editing, and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing materials, and taking meeting notes for follow-up.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic office tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and maintaining records.
- Travel Assistance: Provide support in booking travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the executive or team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4th-year students or fresh graduation in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Have career orientation in the HR-Admin field.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- A proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent English skills.
- Willing to learn and to work attitude.
