MAIN DUTIES
- Follow the deadlines assigned from BODs to Heads of Department/ Managers of Department; report to BODs all advantages/difficulties being faced by the Heads/Managers to get further instructions from BODs:
- Summarize weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports from heads of department/ managers of departments
- Assist BODs in maintaining good relations in internal and external relations, inform the directions/orientations from BODs to heads of departments/managers of department or to business partners
- Arrange working schedule, business trips and all meeting related to BODs
- Review documents from departments before submitting to the BODs for approval.
- Make air ticket bookings and hotel reservations for BODs and invitors (as per request from BODs) for business trips (domestic and abroad as well);
- Assist HR&Admin Department in Company’s events as per BODs’ directions
- Other tasks as required from BODs
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor of Marketing, Economy, Foreign Trade, Business and Administration, Law
- Minimum 5-year experience at the position of Secretary/ Assistant to Chairman of the Board of Directors/ CEO, having experience of working with senior managers
- English level : Fluent
