- Lập kế hoạch, thực thi SEO, SEM hoặc các hoạt động PPC khác như Google Adwords, Facebook Ads.
- Định vị, phát triển thương hiệu, giới thiệu sản phẩm trên các nền tảng Social, Website, Forum,..
- Hoạch định, định hướng các kế hoạch Digital Marketing.
- Xây dựng và phát triển quy trình vận hành cho bộ phận digital marketing.
- Quản lý ngân sách và chi phí Marketing.
- Tương tác làm việc với các Agency phục vụ cho các chương trình Marketing được thực hiện hiệu quả.
- Tổng hợp, báo cáo và phân tích dữ liệu thường xuyên và định kì phản ánh hoạt động của mảng marketing nói riêng cũng như theo dõi tình hình thị trường, đối thủ, xu hướng, khách hàng để đưa ra các báo cáo nhận định, khuyến nghị hành động phù hợp, kịp thời.
- Xây dựng các chiến lược Digital Marketing từ tổng quát đến chi tiết.
- Quản lý, vận hành, theo dõi chiến dịch.
- Thống kê, phân tích số liệu để có thể điều chỉnh chiến dịch đúng lúc, đem lại hiệu quả tốt nhất.
- Đề xuất các chương trình, chiến dịch giúp quảng bá cho công ty, thương hiệu hoặc sản phẩm,...
- Thực hiện hỗ trợ khách hàng trên website, fanpage,...
- Liên tục cập nhật thông tin về insight, tìm hiểu về nhu cầu của người dùng để tăng chất lượng của quảng cáo.
- Phân bổ ngân sách, đánh giá các báo cáo của nhân viên.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp kết quả của chiến dịch Digital Marketing với ban giám đốc, làm việc với các phòng ban liên quan khác như kinh doanh, sản phẩm,...
- Quản lý phòng Digital Marketing, đào tạo, tập huấn cho nhân viên.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 4-5 năm ở vị trí quản lý Phòng Digital Marketing hoặc các vị trí tương tự
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành truyền thông, marketing là một lợi thế
- Có hiểu biết sâu rộng và có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các kênh truyền thông số, công cụ số trong công việc
- Có tư duy chiến lược và phân tích tốt, có khả năng quản lý và đánh giá con người
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, khả năng quản lý thời gian hiệu quả
- Yêu thích làm việc trong môi trường năng động
- Sáng tạo, linh hoạt, có tinh thần hợp tác và khả năng truyền cảm hứng tốt là lợi thế của một quản lý ở vị trí công việc này.Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý khoa học.
- Tiếng Anh chuyên ngành tốt (đọc hiểu), kỹ năng tổng hợp, phân tích và xử lý vấn đề nhanh.
