**Job Purpose Summary**:
Be responsible to Customer Service Director for managing operations in the assigned area including:

- Monitor the performance of contact center; Supervise the handling of customer inquiries on Hotline/Chatbot;
- Supervise the customer complaints handling; Handle media crises related to products and/or services;
- Carry out customer service activities according to company policies.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Set up the Contact Center systerm and monitor the performance with a view to bring customer satisfaction through proposing purchase/upgrading system and monitoring the operation
- Handle complicated complaints and media crises related to products and/or services to bring satisfaction to customers (directly working, handling instructions, etc.)
- Propose and develop policies, procedures related to Hotline operations by cooperating with other departments to establish and improve them related to customer services.
- Periodically review, propose and implement customer services in accordance with the company's orientation and policies
- Propose and organize training courses for team and Sales departments to improve customer service quality of the company
- Cooperate with organizations as relevant for the settlement of complaints raised by customers to handle complicated cases with the risk of media crisis.
- Recruit, train, develop and manage staffs to ensure the ability to execute & complete the company's targets according to the recruitment, training and development, promotion processes that has been issued
- Other tasks as required by the manager.

**Salary**: 10₫ - 20₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hà Nội: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
