**Job description**:

- Explore and develop new bussiness / prospects for Bank/ affinity client or other assigned clients
- Handle new/renewal business servicing, premium collection/outstanding premium management and customer services activities.
- New Business Sourcing / Prospect Development via developing and opening sale/Mkt networks, channels, relationships, agents/ Brokers, build business plan
- New / Renewal Business Servicing for assigned clients, line of business.
- Customer Services and Retention. - Create, update and maintain client database. - Receive and respond to requests from clients, and handle relevant enquiries on products, service - Provide training, presentation to clients when necessary. - Cooperate with claims department in loss survey, - Join Risk engineer in risk survey and/or loss control activities, workshop

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of working experience in same position
- Strong knowledge of non-life insurance, insurance products,
- Good understanding of sale/marketing, customer services principles, practices and market situation.
- Good English, both spoken/written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
- Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
