Personal Assistant to General Manager

**Job Description**:
- Coordinate the activities of the GM through efficient diary management, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings.
- Maintain a logical and up-to-date filing system and archive directory
- Assist the General Manager with English/Vietnamese translation whenever required, both verbal & written.
- Attend, for the purpose of taking minutes, and/or organize meetings as required by the GM
- Fully brief the GM on external meetings, researching details and providing support documentation/presentation material as appropriate.
- Maximize on the effectiveness of internal/routine meetings by briefing the GM prior to meetings in relation to key agenda points.
- Collate Weekly / Monthly operating reports
- Maintain regular and effective communication with Heads of Department providing or requesting information as is necessary to the smooth running of the hotel
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager
- Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for General Manager’s signature
- Manage and upkeep the functionality and cleanliness of the office
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and project a positive image of the organization
- Any other reasonable request as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management
Work Experience
- University/ Diploma education
- Previous similar experience is an advantage
- To be a local citizen
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
