- Thiết lập, phát triển mối quan hệ kinh doanh với các công ty du lịch lữ hành
- Quản lý các kênh truyền thông của resort
- Xây dựng kế hoạch truyền thông chi tiết trong ngắn và dài hạn
- Chủ động tiếp cận với các khách hàng tiềm năng để giới thiệu những sản phẩm, dịch vụ của khách sạn.
- Quản lý các kênh OTAs (Booking, Agoda, Airbnb, Traveloka,...) hiệu qu
Kiểm soát tình trạng và công suất phòng thông qua CMs
- Kiểm soát doanh thu phòng, giá phòng trung bình và xúc tiến chiến lược kinh doanh và chiến lược tiếp thị
- Giải quyết thư từ hằng ngày, trả lời thắc mắc và đặt phòng.
- Luôn kiểm tra tình trạng bán phòng và giá của các gói dịch vụ đi kèm.
- Các công việc được yêu cầu từ cấp trên

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm truyền thông trong lĩnh vực lưu trú/du lịch
- Có kinh nghiệm trong quản lý OTAs
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập
- Nắm bắt xu hướng nhanh chóng
- CV bằng tiếng Anh
- Khả năng đa nhiệm.
- Trung thực, thân thiện, cầu tiến, ham học hỏi
- Có thể gắn bó lâu dài
- Địa điểm làm việc: Quận 3 - TP.Hồ Chí Minh
- Ưu tiên nữ
