- Keep track of business metrics and disbursements of all sales channels
- Perform monthly sales KPI tracking for Loan Officers (LO), Branch Managers (BM), and Area Sales Managers (ASM)
- Business support with payment requests and business-related proposals
- Draft, supervise and manage contracts with partners, including any relevant appendices
- Update the Business unit on any changes or updates to processes/products and regulations
- Store and organize relevant documents of the Business unit
- Be contact point to collect sales feedback and coordinate information to appropriate channels/departments
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc business reports as the request of leaders or direct managers.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and CMD

Qualifications:

- Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Auditing, IT or Business
- Experience:

- Minimum 2 year working experience in sales support (preferably in finance and banking, consumer lending...)
- Experience working in consumer lending, banks or fintech lending companies are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( especially Excel and PowerPoint - SQL priority (optional))
- Good communication skills
- Good interaction and negotiation skills
- Be proactive and meticulous at work
