This is an individual contributor role, which delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

System tittle: Sales Administrator

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.- Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; etc.- Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.- Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.- Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.- Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.- Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.- Tracking purchase order, shipment and sales recognition.- Performs sales calculations on sales incentives.- May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

Your Profile- Good communication, analytic and presentation skills.- Ability to develop a high performing team.- Ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities.- Preferably with at least 3 years-experience in sales admin & support.- Good verbal and written communication in English language.- Bachelor's degree in economics/ Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
