Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Support Executive at Ingersoll Rand in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Business Support Executive will be responsible for inventory management, supply chain management, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient customer service on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support sales teams on supply chain function.
- Work with stakeholders relative to the ordering, shipment, importing to delivery.
- Manage inventory, backlog, and outbound process.
- Purchasing goods from intercompany and local suppliers.
- Create and maintain data in Oracle and PeopleSoft.
- Support the product warranty process.
- Prepare and submit various reports relative to supply chain function.

Basic Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for supply chain management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in logistics or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Office-based.
