INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team; ability and commitment an important values to us.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Build, nurture and manage strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Work with a technical / project management team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Submit weekly progress reports.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- **At least 1+ year **experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
- Experience in achieving sales targets.
- Experience working in a client support role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- **Good English skill (or TOEIC 750 or IELTS 7.0)**:

- Ability to build rapport.
- Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
- Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
