To manage safely and profitably the sales activities in the country by managing sales team to achieve agreed sales target and business plan through professional planning and management of the existing & potential customers, PMU and relevant authorities.

To develop the sales & marketing plans of the company.
To manage and monitor subordinates to achieve company target.
To set up/monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for subordinates.
To motivate and coach sales staff to develop further competencies, identify talents and develop staff potential including training plans.
To use financial data and statistical information to analyze and improve business performance
Administration: To prepare and submit to the BOM and Director of Sales & B.D including but not limited to the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports, plans, forecasts, updates on: working plan, sales volume, import plan, debt collection, projects information, market behavior and competitors’ activities, customer data
To develop relationship with individuals and businesses, PMUs and relevant authorities in order to secure new business opportunities.
To develop and commercialize new products/techniques/technologies
To actively join as well as manage the interface with the supply chain to assure stock availability to meet the customers’ needs
To evaluate credit worthiness of potential/existing customers in line with Company Credit Policy and propose suitable credit limits to secure customers loyalty while optimising trade debtors and monitor situation to initiate/propose actions to credit committee for proper action
To identify and analyze market intelligence which will contribute to development of profitable business plans
Be responsible for the allocated OPEX to ensure the healthy growth of the sales to achieve the set target
To work closely with other related departments for effective operation.

**Job Requirements**:
Minimum University degree of economics or technics;
Sales background of construction material or technical equipment (cement, paint, steel, machinery)
At least 15 years in sales, of which 10 years in industrial or technical sales with B2B
Fluent English in both writing and speaking;
