Student Administration Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure student satisfaction with service and product quality.
- Actively receive and handle students' problems/requests/questions in the process of using company services from communication channels.
- Coordinate with the Headquarter’ s departments in Thailand to handle and solve arising problems.
- Take care of students, monitor, and advise students learning solutions, effective use of the program to achieve their learning goals periodically during the learning process.
- Implement periodic surveys, collect opinions from students to improve service quality.
- Track students learning progress and give reminders.
- Coordinate with departments to implement periodical activities for students.
- Maintain service quality of the product through the attitude, communication channels with customers.
- Other professional related tasks when requested from the Line Manager.

**KPIs**
- Repurchase rate >= 65%
- Referral rate >=15%
- Level of satisfaction with student management services (periodic survey)

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 1 year working experience.
- Preference Good English background (equivalent to IELST 6.5) is a plus.

**Mindset**
- Love the profession of customer care - customer service, logical thinking
- Careful, meticulous
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Love & passion for working with customers and being committed to working in a Startup environment.

**Skills**
- Good communication
- Empathy, sharing and confiding skills with students
- Skills to convince students to continue participating in the course
- Office computers.

**Education requirements**:

- College/University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Customer Services.
- Graduation from a Top 1 related school (if no experience) is a plus or at least 1 year of experience in B2C consulting/customer care (preferably in the fields of education, technology).
