[cosmetics] Sales Manager/ Export Sales

(Mức lương: 69 - 92 triệu VNĐ)Job Description: As the Sales Manager for International Cosmetics Expansion, you will be responsible for spearheading the launch and growth of our beauty products in foreign markets. You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, increase market share, and establish our brand presence across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
2. Market Entry Strategy: Develop comprehensive market entry strategies tailored to each target market, including distribution channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
3. Business Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in target markets to expand our distribution network and enhance brand visibility.
4. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop sales plans and targets for each market, and lead the execution of sales activities to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
5. Brand Building: Develop and implement brand-building initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, to increase brand awareness and loyalty in international markets.
6. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets in international markets
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
8. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in international market expansion, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
3. Strong understanding of international market dynamics, including market entry strategies, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
