The Senior Sales Manager (MICE) is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by managing key MICE accounts, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a competitive market position while delivering exceptional customer service.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Primary Responsibilities**:
Manage a portfolio of key MICE accounts with a focus on exceeding budgeted room revenue.
Conduct a sales calls per and site inspections or client entertainment activities.
Drive business development by identifying and converting potential MICE clients through strategic sales action plans.
Maintain strong client relationships by servicing existing accounts and promoting additional hotel services, such as banquet sales and restaurants.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, including promotions, pricing, and industry events, to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure an updated MICE account database with detailed client profiles, including usage patterns, key contacts, and competitive insights.
Attend networking events and client meetings to foster long-term business relationships.
Submit weekly sales reports and strategic updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
**Training & Internal Collaboration**:
Represent Pan Pacific Hanoi with professionalism and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
Attend hotel-organized social functions to engage with clients and enhance relationships.
Promote an inclusive workplace free from discrimination and support cultural sensitivity among colleagues.
**Guest & Client Engagement**:
Conduct a minimum of 10 physical sales calls per week and 3 site inspections or client entertainments.
Proactively engage with clients to maintain and develop mutually beneficial business relationships.
Address and escalate client feedback to management for quick resolution.
**Other Responsibilities**:
Ensure prompt action on all client requests within 24 hours, involving relevant departments as needed.
Assist in meeting and greeting VIP guests when required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information at all times.
Undertake tasks or duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or General Manager.
YÊU CẦU HỒ SƠ
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in MICE.
Proven track record in key account management, sales targets, and contract negotiations.
Strong knowledge of MICE market trends, sales strategies, and CRM systems.
