Driver Training Associate- Shopeefood

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage a small team (2-3 members).
- Designs, develops and delivers virtual training sessions for riders.
- Gathers information on new company policies and product enhancements, developing/updating materials and curriculum design.
- Tracks and analyzes course evaluations and training program effectiveness, tracking and evaluating trends, and adjusting training materials based on feedback and training results.
- Collaborate with cross functions to understand policies, SOP and proactively recommend modifications to training curriculum.
- Monitors workflow, reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures, meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
- Acquire competitor's benchmark updates and explore more training channels for riders.
- Ensure smooth reporting & dashboard as required.
- Handle ad-hoc, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in field of expertise.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a relevant position, knowledge of different training methods in e-commerce, e-logistics industry is a plus.
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful training programs.
- Ability to assess training needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fast-learning and well-adapted and attention to details.
- Collaborative and willing to learn new things.
