DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Support team lead in reviewing and improving Procurement SOP and guidelines.
- Work with Regional and other teams to update new regulations governing procurement activities.
- Receive requests from business team and make purchase orders accordingly in Shopee app
- Follow-up on time deliveries and inform internal clients of expected delivery times and purchase order status
- Work closely with specific departments for generating purchase orders in internal system and submit these orders to seek for approval from the purchasing manager
- Ensure that purchases are recorded accurately in the system at the time of request
- Establish and maintain documents and records in appropriate files
- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete other duties as needed.

- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems is a plus.
