- Set up and handle social ad campaigns
- Develop Social Respond Protocol based on the requirement of brand or project.
- Oversee and manage social platforms of brands, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok.
- Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as main point of contact between client & agency.
- Effectively work with business development, media planner, optimization, creative & planning teams to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction.
- Keep track of the performance of the contents on brand's social platforms, monitor and inform the relevant teams in the event of potential crisis.
- Continuously update new digital trends, technique or campaigns locally or globally
- Provide expert advice on strategy and tactics to internal team and all 3rd party agencies
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will support for execution.
- Directly manage one or more channels to drive performance according to social media strategies and goals.
- Take responsibility to reply to inbox and comment and nurturing user in client’s social footages.
- Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting of online marketing campaigns
- Take responsibility for administrative tasks including but not limited to paperwork, invoice control, on-time payment chasing and queries in liaison with Finance and Production.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or Integrated Communications
- Good communication skills, independent thinking, analytical skills, teamwork skills
- Mastery of social flatforms
- Active, creative, sensitive in updating information
- Ability to work under high pressure, commitment to deadlines
- High sense of responsibility, initiative in work
