**Job Description**:
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Act as the contact point between Clients & Company, 3rd parties, and Company.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Build & maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore new business from potential clients.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Take part in the working process from beginning to finishing a brand’s communication project.
- Make pitches, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
- Generate creative idea and organize brainstorming to devise a campaign that meets the client brief and budget;
- Prepare proposal present to clients, and handle objection successfully via identifying decision-maker, client’s internal situation, and way of working.
- Develop project plan in consultation with other teams to specify detailed action timeline, checklists, PIC, and other resources allocation required.
- Ensure implementation of project compliant to the standard working process of company
- Assist Finance Department with finance process for Third-parties and clients
- Other related work according to actual requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 1.5 year of account/planning management experience in advertising agencies.
- Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both ENGLISH & VIETNAMESE.
- Possess trend-catching & tech-savvy characteristics with a creative mindset.
- Must be able to work on a variety of tasks with mínimal supervision & overtime due to project requirements.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.
- Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
