- The role is to lead and manage the TAS services in country; to be responsible for implementing a broad range of recruitment and selection activities and to handle P&O services consistently across the lifecycle.**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Talent Acquisition & Staffing (TAS) (65%)- Be mainly responsible for development and implementation of country TAS strategy; Provide recommendations and support on the design and implementation of TAS processes and services
- Manage the efficient implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and services (i.e. recruitment branding program, D&I recruitment initiatives, online recruitment, talent mapping and external talent pipeline management); Manage benchmarking studies on existing processes and external best practices and implement improvements to TAS deliverables measured by KPIs.
- Manage analyzes of various data and metrics (i.e. Executive TAS and MBA performance, KPIs measuring and tracking results) and ensure it is communicated to relevant partners; Work with line managers to prepare for onboarding and scheduling onboarding programs for new hire associates.
- Handle Employee lifecycle events (hire, move, retire) with processes and documents both soft and hard copy; introduction card for FF, services time confirmation to lead compliance with country/ internal regulations.
- Maintain the relationship with TAS related Vendors and ensure partnerships are beneficial to Sandoz; Manage the budget/resource allocation for the area of responsibility; Handle various TAS Projects.
P&O services (35%)- Implement benefits for associates; Update P&O budget and accruals; Provide operational / workforce admin including technology, reporting, data management, knowledge management, audit / compliance, Tax finalization for associates.
- System access and support including Up4Growth, Job Builder, Concur, Ariba, Spark; Managing monthly Spark point status, raising PO and monitoring monthly Spark expense reports as well as remaining Spark points of leavers for cash-out.
- Payroll execution & support, working with service provider and NGsC team and ensure in compliance with NFCM controls; Annual/ bi-annual reports for local authorities under LE; reports to authorities for Rep Offices; Providing receipts of tax confirmation for HCPs with service provider.

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Degree in social sciences or business administration, ideally an advanced degree or specialization on HR.
- Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, TAS experience, preferable in MNC.
- Significant record of implementing processes related to employee selection, development, retention and labor relations.
- Ability to manage a high volume of activities and multi-task.
