- Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (European and American markets & IT outsourcing products).
- Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)
- Work with sales executive and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 4 year of experience in a relevant role. Having experience in sales/customer service experience or Sales B2B for IT industry is a plus
- Excellent in English
- Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent proposal writing, project management and analytical skills.
- Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills
- Excellent team working and team development ability.
- Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes
