Project Manager

**Job description**:

- We are seeking a Middle to Senior Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our
- software development company. This role is pivotal in driving project success by analyzing business
- processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring solutions meet strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs across various departments including IT, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Lead the development and review of complex business requirements documents, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and propose business solutions that are innovative and feasible, evaluating risks and potential impacts.
- Oversee the implementation of approved solutions, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and review sessions, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze current practices and systems, recommending improvements and efficiencies using data-driven insights.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to tackle problems systematically and provide practical solutions.
- Proficient in Business Analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Balsamiq) and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and mentoring team members.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are highly desirable.
- TOEICs / IELTs certificate
