**Job Description** Middle/Senior Magento 2 Developer**

**Responsibilities**:
For Middle Level (3-5 years of experience):

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom Magento 2 themes, extensions, and modules based on client requirements.
- Customize and enhance existing Magento 2 functionality to meet business needs.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA teams or clients.
- Stay up-to-date with Magento 2 best practices and industry trends.

For Senior Level (>5 years of experience):

- Lead the technical architecture and design of Magento 2 projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Magento 2 development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations to solve complex e-commerce challenges.

**Qualifications** Requirements**:
For Middle Level:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Magento 2 development.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Experience with Magento 2 theme development, customization, and extension development.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

For Senior Level:

- 5+ years of extensive experience in Magento 2 development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, internals, and customization techniques.
- Experience leading Magento 2 development teams and driving successful project outcomes.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
