**How You Can Contribute**:

- Perform a comprehensive analysis to deeply understand the recruitment needs by directly working with the Hiring Manager;
- Prepare job descriptions and manage postings on career page website and other relevant platforms;
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, conducting interviews, checking references, and making offers;
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinate background verifications in accordance with company procedures, ensuring timely follow-up communication;
- Execute onboarding activities for new hires;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content for job opportunities;
- Stay informed about trends in the industry & the labor market;
- Represent the company at career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support Employer Branding;
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance talent acquisition activities.

**What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- ** 3+ years of recruitment experience** in the IT industry;
- Profound knowledge and extensive experience in IT recruitment;
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes;
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Wide network within the IT industry & experience in hunting for talent is highly desirable.
