**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- **Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities in Trade Marketing such as: Display, Promotional programs, sampling activities, events at point of sale.**
- **Manage customer data, implement sales support activities to increase display market share and revenue at point of sale.**
- **Plan and implement Trade Marketing programs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis within the managed area.**
- **Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm ideas and design POSM display items for different periods/points of sale.**
- **Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to find suppliers for manufacturing display items: Standee, wobbler, hanger, sale materials, leaflets, signage...**
- **Recruit, manage, and train PGs (Promotion Girls) and Market Audit staff to implement activities: (Collaborate with HR for recruitment)**
- **PGs: Sampling, Event support to sell out at point of sale.**
- **Audit staff: Control market prices, Trade programs, evaluate displays for stores, shops, and business activities.**
- **Report market insights and propose market support solutions.**
- **Manage and report progress of implementation of items: POSM, budget... - Execute other tasks assigned by Department Head**

**WHO ARE YOU**

**College/Bachelor in Marketing/Business Management**
- **Experience in Trade & Marketing**
- **2+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales**
- **Skills in budget management, market analysis, and competitor analysis to win at point of sale.**
- **Planning and implementing market support activities: Events, Activations, Direct Marketing, and store support activities such as: display, rewards, promotions...**
- **Creative, insightful, flexible, and proactive in work.**
- **Ability to work in teams towards common goals.**
