Description:
- Develops the company's strategy and action plan with senior management.
- Update the company's income and expenditure and report regularly to the Executive Team.
- Collect and manage the action plans and issues of each department, organise them and report
- Manage policies and implementation according to company regulations.
- Discuss broad business issues with the Executive Team and manage their implementation.
- Manage product listings in the back office (add, change, delete) to keep them up to date.
- Receive quotes from merchant team, check product details (product code, price, etc.) and send to customer.
- Escalate customer issues and liaise with relevant teams to resolve.
- Manage/organise product sales and delivery data and provide to accounts department.
- Identify service improvements based on customer and business needs and communicate to IT for implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business administration
- 5 years or less of back office operations experience in an e-commerce company
- Strategic planning experience in an ecommerce company
- Understanding of process and UI/X for web/apps
- General understanding and experience of e-commerce
- Meticulous, detailed and insightful about issues
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English or Korean
