Our client, a leading provider of fully-integrated logistics, industrial estates development, utilities and power, and property solutions in Thailand, is seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Development Manager to lead customer engagement and retention efforts in Hanoi, Vietnam.

**Job Summary**:
This role takes main responsibilities for M&A strategic advisory, from sourcing to close deals successfully. Taking part in deal process, evaluating potential of deals and consulting to BOD for relevant matters of projects. Be the pivotal role of business development, planning and forecasting financial health of organization through financial modeling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for business development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provide them with exceptional service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Lead the development and execution of proposals and presentations for clients.
- Participate in negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure successful deal execution.
- Develop financial models and conduct due diligence on potential transactions.
- Track and report on business development activities and results.***

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in professional services, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
- Strong experience in M&A deals, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Full proficiency in English is required, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful business development strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
