- Good knowledge of local country compliance and government regulatory. In-depth understanding of Vietnam Employment legislation.
- Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc.
- Strong relationship management and comfortable in dealing with business leaders, good at decision making.
- Working location: Phu My 2, Ba Ria Vung Tau
