Event Marketing Officer

**About Us**:
Australian Centre for Education and Training (ACET) provides high-quality English language programs that prepare students for success in overseas study and their future careers.

ACET was established in 2002 as a cooperation between IDP Education and UTS:Insearch, (University of
Technology, Sydney). ACET operates 4 training centres in Hanoi and HCMC, with approximately 2,000 students enrolled studying intensive and semi-intensive English language courses. ACET employs approximately 100 qualified and experienced teachers.

The core programmes offered are Academic English, IELTS, and Teens and bespoke corporate language training. ACET has an excellent reputation as the leading provider in Vietnam of English pathway programmes for overseas study.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for working directly with secondary, high schools, and universities to organize events about ACET
- Suggest plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Managing the production, effective distribution, and displaying of marketing materials, (leaflets, posters, and flyers,

brochures, banners, digital materials, joint materials, etc.) in cooperation with counterparts in ACET-Hanoi and IDP
- Writing, proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.
- Organizing online and offline marketing
- Attending events and exhibitions, including joint events with IDP and Insearch
- Organizing sponsored events at schools or recruiting events at ACET schools, including workshops, seminars, Open

Days
- Monitor competitor activities, including gathering publications and promotion information of other schools

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University graduate, in Marketing or other Economics majors
- 01 - 02 years experience in the marketing field, including offline and
- Knowledge of the education industry is the plus
- Experience with event organization
- English level required the equivalent of 5.5 of IELTS
