- Prepare necessary documents, identify correct HS code and provide other information as required for import and export of all shipments.
- Closely co-ordinate with forwarders on customs procedure to ensure smooth import and export shipment.
- Manage and filing all import-export documents after customs clearance in a systematic and tidy manner.
- Liaise with forwarders, transporters and customers for delivering equipment and parts.
- Ensure proper security and accuracy of stock in warehouse, record stock-in and stock-out with adequate proof of delivery, minimize stock difference between physical and record.
- Maintain required minimum stock level, place stock order upon sales and service team’s request
- Ensure the correct receipt of incoming goods and on time delivery to both service team & customers.
- Input and manage stock data in ERP.
- Carry out inventory and control stock ageing for goods return on timely basis.
- Co-ordinate for handling defective and scrap items in accordance to company’s policy.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Diploma or Degree in Foreign Trade/Supply Chain/ Business Administration/Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum 3 year working experience in similar roles, especially B2B business in technology industries.
- Thoroughly understanding the whole procedure of sales and service order processing.
- Being familiar with ERP and competent in MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent skill of mission self-organization with high responsibility, accuracy and ability to meet deadline.
- Good communication skill and capability of problem-solving and team working.
