- Assess customer’s needs and develop proposals and providing custom solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage existing lease customer accounts, ensuring exemplary customer service and communication is maintained and ensuring effective representation, coordination, problem resolution and other customer needs are achieved.
- Manages lease sales process and marketing programs for new lease accounts.
- Drive sales volume to strengthen the lease customers portfolio through new customer acquisition and existing clients retention efforts
- Assist in other sales activities and other duties as assigned.
- Continuously develop and aggressively pursue new clients acquisition within assigned territory

Yêu cầu công việc
- 15+ years related sales experience, preferably in a real estate leasing environment.
- Having a strong network
- Use Sound Judgment and Business Acumen
- Experience and knowledge of ready build factory and warehouse industry
- Proficient and or comfortable with electronic business systems, Microsoft Office, and other data analytic tools and applicable
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. VN & EN fluent.

**Salary**: 60,000,000₫ - 100,000,000₫ per month
