We are growing fast in Vietnam market. Perhaps you have seen or purchased our products in these supermarkets: Big C, Circle K, Aeon, Lotte, 7-Eleven, ect.

We are actively seeking a distributor Sales Manager with extensive experience in the candy industry to assist us in rapidly expanding our presence in the Vietnam market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance market share for our brand of candies in the Vietnam.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with distributors and key clients, strengthening business partnerships.
- Maintain regular communication with the corporate headquarters, providing feedback on work processes and results. Periodically travel to and from the corporate headquarters to report on work.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, expanding the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with the corporate headquarters' marketing team to design and execute promotional activities, increasing product awareness and sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to formulate proactive business plans.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance through data analysis, reporting, and regular team assessments.
- Negotiate with distributors and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate market insights into the overall sales strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 3 years of FMCG or CPG sales experience, being able to develop new market independently
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Hold neutral political value on relationship between Vietnam and China
- *Strong online information search capabilities, new customer channel expansion capabilities, and the ability to independently develop new customers
- Have a keen sense of market, have an accurate judgment of the target market, understand the preferences of the target consumer population, can analyze the competitors to develop a sales strategy
- With new product development awareness to recommend appropriate products to meet customer needs
- Experience in cooperating with FMCG branded distributors and big retailers is preferred.
- Comprehensive negotiation skills and experience to conduct business independently with customers
- With an optimistic and positive attitude, super pressure resistance and indomitable spirit to setbacks
