Sales Manager Ii Myanmar

Overview:
**Overall Function**: To ensure that Kemin’s Myanmar consolidated sales revenue and expense budgets are met or exceeded through effective coordination and management of the sales efforts. To be responsible for driving sales activities for key operations in Myanmar and to meet or exceed the consolidated sales budget set for these customers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Jointly responsible for the achievement of the sale revenue and expense budget of Kemin Myanmar every fiscal year. This generally means exceeding an annual rate of growth of 15-20%.
- Develop and implement the annual account plan for sales in Myanmar.
- Provide technical presentation to customers.
- Oversees Kemin’s distributor, this includes providing technical and product knowledge support.
- Manage account pricing in accordance to directions set by the National Sales Manager Myanmar
- Collaborate with the team in Myanmar to implement and ensure completion of the country sales strategic plans
- Build strong relations with distributor
- Continue to sell existing products to new customers
- Be accountable for achieving sales target
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
- Results-oriented.
- Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
- Superior project management skills with experience in planning, innovating, developing and selling value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial reasoning.
