**YOUR ROLES**:
- Forecast accuracy:
- Doing sales forecast basing business capacity of each chain & market potential
- Getting alignment with each chain with the forecast digit
- Committing with aligned digit
- Partnership program planning and implementing
- Learning chain business model (Process of training, marketing, purchasing...)
- Learning competitors' program offered to chain
- Analyzing market potential
- Comprehending Merck internal process, code of conduct, compliance, and level of investment for chain
- Elaborate partnership program together with line manager and marketing team
- Execute the aligned partnership program
- Participating and cooperating different types of scientific events and projects.
- Support SF team with long term cooperation as Product speaker for Group presentations.
- To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) in Company Vietnam within 24 hours.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Pharmacist with much experience in Pharmaceutical retail channel. (Especially experience in Pharmacy Chain)
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical & determined mind.
