**THE POSITION**
**Key Account Executive **, Human Pharma
**Driving KEY Account Performance**:
- H as the responsibility to meet/exceed KEY Account goals (targets, listing target, tender performance, etc.) for assigned product(s) within the allocated geography through achievement of related quantitative / qualitative KEY Account KPIs.
**KEY Account Planing and Execution**:
- Create the Veeva KEY Account plan based on robust understanding of account potential, current contribution, drivers, barriers, key stakeholders, critical success factors, resources required and desired outcome.
- Executing KAM Customer Engagement Excellence - focuses on Account Plans by way of KAM Customer Engagement Model, tailored interactions with our target Account(s)/Key stakeholders and thereby strengthened partnership with our customers.
- Lead cross-functional (e.g. Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Sales, Comm Ops, etc.) collaboration to ensure successful execution of KEY Account plans and achieve desired outcome.
- Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies - Is responsible to ensure that all company and industry compliance topics/requirements are adhered, understood, monitored and respected within the immediate team.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- **KAM business goal Achievement in the assigned territory**
- Ensure tender listing of BI products in KEY accounts as required
- Ensure availability of BI products SKUs as required
- Ensure tender performance by managing hospital Quota
- Ensure RX are filled and demand is converted into sales
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities, i.e. new department, prescribing/ formulary review
**2. Plan and Execute KEY Account Plans with excellence**
- Create and update the Veeva Key account plan based on robust understand
- Identify/Segment the target KEY accounts
- Analyze the account potential, current contribution, drivers, barriers, key stakeholders, critical success factors, resources required and desired outcome
- Execute the KEY account plans
**3. Superior account engagement skills with cross functional collaboration**
- Demonstrate superior understanding of health care system and Key accounts (e.g. stakeholders, listing processes, influence mapping, etc.)
- Demonstrate superior engagement and negotiation skills to achieve partnership/value creation opportunity with BI
- Demonstrate superior cross functional collaboration
**4. Account/KEY Stakeholder Relationship Management**
- Develop/Validate effective KEY Account Plans in Veeva with relevant action steps with clear goals, assigned responsibilities, deadline/timeline
- Track achievement of KEY Account Plans and take corrective actions to ensure that KEY Account business objectives are met on priority
**5. Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct**
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and follow company Code of Conduct
- Take necessary action on issues of Compliance and Pharmacovigilance
- Be a role model in compliance with local regulations, industry and company code of conduct
**6 **. Regular Reports
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Education/Degree Requirements**:University/Bachelor, major in Medicine or Pharmacy.
**Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)**:
**Required competencies**:
- Strong and broad understanding of pharmaceutical environment in terms of Market/ Government trend
- Strong personal interaction skills

- Basic Computing skills
**Experience**:
- Have at least 3-year experience in Promotion/Key Account Management positions.
