This role is to enhance agency communications and events for deeper understanding and better engagement from salesforce, driving sales performance towards company's business objective.

**Job Responsibilities **/ Phạm vi công việc

**Creative Communication/ Truyền thông sáng tạo**
- Build creative communication plan for Agency Division.

Xây dựng kế hoạch truyền thông nội bộ mang tính sáng tạo dành cho Kênh Đại lý dựa trên định hướng của công ty

Nâng cao chất lượng các kênh truyền thông và ứng dụng các sáng kiến vào các hoạt động truyền thông, sự kiện nhằm nâng cao tính tương tác và hiệu quả kinh doanh của đội ngũ Kênh Đại lý, đặc biệt là các dự án chiến lược như Rookie, MDRT, phát triển Quản lý tvv, vv.
- Review all scheme materials and contents for a variety of internal communications channels; ensure internal communication messages are consistent.

Xem duyệt các tài liệu và nội dung để đăng lên các kênh truyền thông nội bộ; đảm bảo thông tin nội bộ được thông báo chính xác và thống nhất xuyên suốt các kênh truyền thông
- Manage and report results of communication activities periodically

Quản lý và báo cáo kết quả các hoạt động truyền thông định kỳ

**Reconcile and optimise department's budget/ tối ưu hóa ngân sách** **Crisis management preparedness/ Hỗ trợ hoạt động xử lý khủng hoảng**
- Collaborate with related departments in crisis handling

Phối hợp với các phòng ban có liên quan trong xử lý khủng hoảng
- Support prompt and efficiency communications to salesforce in crisis

Hỗ trợ truyền thông đến đội ngũ kinh doanh một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả khi xảy ra khủng hoảng

**Team Management & Development/ Quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ**
- Recruit, develop and coach direct reports for performance.

Tuyển dụng, phát triển và hỗ trợ nhân viên để nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc
- Conduct and document staff performance review and appraisal on a regular basis, provide timely feedback for improvement.

Xem xét, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên trong các kỳ đánh giá hiệu suất, cung cấp đánh giá cho nhân viên để cải thiện nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc
- Support build up individual development plan for direct report / subordinates' staff.

Hỗ trợ nhân viên xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển cá nhân

**Job Requirements **/ Yêu cầu

**Qualifications **/ Bằng cấp
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience is preferred
- Yêu cầu: Bằng Cử nhân chuyên ngành Truyền thông, Sự kiện, Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc kinh nghiệm có liên quan được ưu tiên

**Knowledge and skill **/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng

Experiences/ Kinh nghiệm:

- Mandatory: 3-4 years working experiences in Event & Communications, either in
- house or agency key account serving MNCs.

Bắt buộc: 3- 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Truyền thông (trong các agency có khách hàng là các công ty đa quốc gia)
- Beneficiary: experience in insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage.

Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm hoặc chăm sóc sức khỏe là một lợi thế
