- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Creative, to create compelling communication campaigns that effectively convey brand messages and product benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for enhancing communication strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create and manage the production of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other visual materials.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners to maximize media coverage and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to gain insights into consumer preferences and behaviors, using data to inform communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 3years in marketing communication, digital marketing, or a related field, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages for various audiences.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving creativity and innovation.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in Fashion Retail, Retail, FMCG is preferred.
