- Chủ động lên kế hoạch tìm kiếm khách hàng doanh nghiệp B2B để tư vấn khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ vận chuyển của
Ahamove.
- Lên kế hoạch định hướng tăng trưởng đơn hàng của các khách hàng hiện tại
- Hoàn thiện các thủ tục về hợp đồng sơ bộ với các đối tác của Key Account
- Chịu trách nhiệm các chỉ số KPI theo doanh số và chi phí được đặt ra theo tháng, quý
- Đánh giá, phân tập khách hàng theo tiềm năng tăng trưởng để thiết kế các chương trình khuyến mãi phù hợp, theo dõi sát sao các chỉ số tăng trưởng của khách hàng và thực hiện kế hoạch điều chỉnh.
- Quản trị mối quan hệ với các Khách hàng, giữ liên hệ mật thiết, vận dụng linh hoạt các chính sách ưu đãi dành cho Khách
hàng.

**Job Requirements**:

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH/CĐ các chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Truyền thông, PR,...
- Năng động luôn tìm ra những giải pháp mới
- Tự chủ trong công việc, suy nghĩ đào sâu, làm việc linh hoạt, nhanh nhẹn, trung thực
- Tinh thần làm việc nhóm
- Sử dụng thành thạo Excel, Google Docs, kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu
- Có khả năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục, am hiểu tâm lý khách hàng.
- Kỹ năng tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng tốt.
- Có từ 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong mảng vận chuyển hoặc Ecommerce
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với khách hàng Key Account
