- Together with Country Head of Partnership, support delivery of business sales targets and contribute to the development of QBE’s Automotive Protection Asia strategy and country business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, business partners, brokers and colleagues to support constructive, mutually beneficial relationships, and to ensure that services provided continually adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- To assess new sales opportunities and in conjunction with Regional and the Underwriting teams, determine whether such opportunities are aligned with QBE’s underwriting strategy and business plan.
- Recommend and propose sales campaigns to deliver the business plan and ensure successful achievement of business objectives.
- Regular contact with clients and market research, in order to effectively identify insurance products and services to meet their needs.
- Research, identify and target new business opportunities
- Deliver timely decisions and problem-solving solutions for clients
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Experience**:

- Substantial work experience - At least 5 years’ experience as Bussiness Development, especially in Motor Insurance or Car dealers.
- Established relationships and contacts with local automotive and/or financial companies

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of insurance industry and/or finance industry and/or local automotive industry
- Knowledge of business processes, development & strategic planning
- Understanding of relevant local market and influential factors

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both local Vietnamese and English language
- Strong client and customer management skills
- Analytical and strong negotiation skills
- Strong reasoning capabilities, creative lateral thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines/ targets

Qualification
- Graduate level BA or higher in insurance, automotive, or economics, finance or international business disciplines.
- Certification of insurance issued by a professional insurance training institution is prefered

**Salary**:
Negotiable depends on the qualification and experience.
