**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Controlling assets, coordinating with external vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events (internal and external events).
- Creating, editing, and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document confidentiality, and assisting with document distribution.
- Managing company stamp (fill ink, keep the seal, directly stamp documents according to regulations), support all Depts on stamping authorized documents and track record as company regulation
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate with Co-go and TA: distribute access cards, vehicle cards, and recover when employees leave work.
- Coordinate with accountants & experts in periodic/unscheduled inventory rounds at HO & store
- Liaising between the company and third-party vendors and service providers
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource or Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
