Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our Hanoi office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and managing existing accounts in the green field and FSi sectors. This position requires strong knowledge and experience in selling AWS services, data services, and data products. We are looking for individuals who are aggressive, passionate about sales, adept at problem-solving and possess strong critical-thinking skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ Sales Strategy and Execution:_
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Present and demonstrate our AWS services, data services, and data products to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- _Customer Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations based on their business requirements.
- _Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:_
- Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess progress towards targets, and make data-driven decisions.
- _Industry Knowledge and Expertise:_
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to cloud services, data services, and data products.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise through self-learning, training programs, and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling cloud services, data services, or data products.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of cloud services, data services, and data products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- _Aggressive, passionate, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales._
- _Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills._
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
